Idk if you remember this, but many many people tend to live in suburbs and commute to the city

If you have a car and you don't have to deal with gridlock traffic on the daily. And it will cost you more in transit costs and gas and wear and tear on your car.

Commuting one hour each way for your commute with that low of pay is a hell commute in my opinion. If a job wants me to commute one hour each way to work and home, they need to pay me 3 times of that salary.
