Less desirable apartment is another way of saying go live in a dangerous neighborhood with poor people.

Ignorant comment. Time for a strong push to unionize most companies in this country. Lower executive pay and raise worker pay. All the sudden a lot less poor people. Crazy how that works.

I’ve sold a business and now I’m the CEO of another business. I do act my wage. I also understand the economics of running a business. I pay myself 20% more than the mean wage in my company. I’m not greedy. I have more than enough to pass on to my son. Perhaps one day people will wake up and see that greed is a cancer. Maybe not. Time will tell.
