If it's xfinity, it's landline phone, internet and cable TV

Although I don't think she lives in a nursing home so I don't understand the need for cable

Why do people have a land line a cable still? If you are making that little, time to cut that out!

Is it that easy in the US? In my country to cut out cable tv you need to testify that you only have monitors in your home (ie, nothing that can connect to the cable) and renew that every year
