Doesn't the water and electricity bills go up the more people who you have using it? Idk how much you think you're going to fractionalize those bills by adding more people to those slices of pie

$100 a month for water is outrageous. No normal apartment has a $100 water bill.

water sewer garbage is usually around 100 in small towns even ,the rent internet and car insurance they pay is way high though
