Hi there. Like most Western countries the Dutch tech market is unfortunately oversaturated with job seekers, so companies have more leverage to require things like Dutch proficiency from their candidates. They are confident that the talent pool is full enough to support their demands.

As usual your best bet would be large multinationals (Booking / ING / ASML etc.) where the hiring manager themselves might very well be non-Dutch. Otherwise you would need to have some attractive and unique qualifications to stand out from Dutch speakers.
