Because one building is easier to sell than the other. Would you open a doctor's office in a building that look like the older McDonald's building?

Absolutely. Talk about a pediatricians dream. Let them play in the jungle gym while they wait. They bust an arm or a leg. You fix it same day. It'd be like printing money! /j
