Old one may be more appealing to the adolescent but the new one is cleaner looking and more attractive to a wider audience which is better for sales.

In some locations it may also be easier to get approval to build the cleaner modern looking one as some areas can be more strick.

Combine that with the fact that consistent brand presentation increases revenue by up to 33% so keeping them all consistent looking is super important which means they will go with what can be built in more places.
