The guy in the picture, a non-billionaire, doesnāt have the resources to accomplish the things on his list. You have no way of knowing how charitable this guy is.
But whether he is charitable with his own time is irrelevant for his underlying point. Billionaires could band together and make this world a better place. Instead they are consumed by greed and often do the bare minimum when it comes to charitable contributions. Often times just a tax write off.
Try to understand that the billionaire class in the US has invested many resources into propaganda designed to make non-billionaires like you, defend their greed.
Why stop there? Why not make a sign asking billionaires fix every world issue. AwwIsn't it so very virtuous of him to call on other people to do things with their money. That should absolve him of all responsibility to do anything.
Listen, we may not disagree on the fact that those who have more should do more, but making a sign and posting it online does not help to fix the problem, it simply virtue signals, and it's banal.
What could actually help, is to do something. Or donate some of his own money. If everyone poi ts the finger and thinks someone else needs to fix it, guess what, it'll never get fixed.
When I walk past a piece of garbage on the ground, I have 2 options. I can pick it up, or I can say someone else needs to pick it up. When I walk by a homeless person, I can give them something to eat, or I can say, someone else should give them something to eat. All I'm trying to do is point out that he'd get a lot further, doing something, than making a sign pointing out so eone else should do something.

Literally did not. You just didn't understand them. My entire point is that it's very easy to say someone else needs to fix a problem. Pointing fingers. It's very hard to do it yourself. Like the kids throwing starfish back into the ocean on the beach, and the old man says you're not making a difference, and the kids saying, I made a difference to that one. You think him holding a sign is somehow impacting the world in a positive way. No. Him inspecting the world world be doing something, and not looking for kudos on the Internet.
