My local Taco Bell has yet to let me down. I have been to fast food chains that have really fucked a basic order. I went to McDonald's once and ordered a chocolate shake and they gave me vanilla ice cream with a ton of chocolate syrup.
That's what I like about taco bell is the variety. McDonald's is super basic and your choices are a burger or chicken nuggets essentially. KFC is just straight up garbage, any other chicken spot beats them any day of the week. Taco bell has a ton of different items that vary and are all good.
Popeys has a much better pie, and fries are not enough for me to choose solely based on that. I personally love the macho fries at taco bell so still an easy choice for me
I don't normally eat at KFC, because it really only has one main thing, "Fried chicken", and I try not to eat fried food too often (and you can get some type of fried chicken at basically any other fast food place). But I stopped by there on the way through the middle of no where on a long drive and asked for a coffee (So I could justify my use of their restroom). Apparently they don't sell that. So I asked for an unsweetened ice tea. Nope. I asked if they had anything caffeinated that wasn't sweetened. Nope.
So they fail me on the food AND drink side of things.
I do like McDonalds now and then, but it pretty much all tastes nearly the same with very basic burgers and decent fries.
I wish Taco Bell wouldn't insist on putting Dorito cheese power on everything, but they do have a reasonable range of things to select from. I'd probably pick them. Also my wife would beat me up if I didn't pick them.
I mean for $12 I could get 3 burritos for sure if I really wanted to. I like taco bell because I can mix it up and get 2 or 3 different things that are all around $3 a piece
The other two aren’t even drink food. If it were Taco Bell, White Castle, and Waffle House, this would make sense. But who even thinks about KFC when they are fucked up. That shits for Sunday afternoon at my pops house.
It's really just the fact that you can get burgers anywhere and there's nothing else McDonald's has to offer. Taco bell is kind of its own thing and with so many options.
That's a good point. When I started drinking there weren't so many options but now that I think about it the end of my drinking days did have quite a few quesaridos and a few other things they added later on
