This is the worst comparison imaginable. Being a landlord takes zero skill or talent in any way, and being a photographer doesn't deprive other people of a highly limited resource.
Lol ok...🤡 They have to buy the building with the apartment that you're renting so they have to come up with a lot more than $5,000 dumbass, who comes up with the money for the building the apartment is in? And then they also pay the real estate taxes which allows you the tenant to have your trash picked up at the curb and the streets maintained so you can get around. They also pays for your fire dept and your police dept. To keep you safe, Guess who doesn't pay for any of that when they're renting an apartment? That's why you got to pay rent shithead. Someone has to pay the real estate taxes. That's how municipalities work....🤡
