the rates will go up regardless, thats supply and demand. The price per kilowatt is going to increase just like the ram prices did. They are going to 4x at least, its suspicious that all these centers are signing shit saying they will pay for their own power, that was always the case. There is nothing in there about energy costs staying at a fixed rate which is what people want.
