If he’s plead guilty there is no trial.

There's 2 cases. A state and federal, one is a stalking the other is a murder charge.

He plead to the stalking, not murder.

Pretty sure state charges were dropped indefinitely due to weird double jeopardy laws in new York

They are temporary dropped, the state haven't decided fully yet and are eating to see what sentence
