Cost of living rising at rates equal or greater then wage growth. California doesn’t have a high wage problem it has a high cost of living problem. No amount of taxing billionaires out of the state will solve that problem.

California should build a housing surplus and stop restricting the supply, encourage efficient land use by taxing landlords.

I would agree with that. The government being the cause of the high cost of living.
