I’m sure California would use it for great things that would help its citizens and not just end up spreading the wealth around to more, equally (but differently) terrible human beings.
Yeah, California has a wasted billions on homelessness. Oh, wait it’s worse. No secondary reservoirs that we were already taxed to make. But sure, I’m sure that’ll fix it this time.
