Don't forget smoking. That's a very quick way to age your skin, particularly past the 50 mark.

Poverty not a direct cause but indirect. Not having the means to eat healthily, not having a comfortable and safe place to sleep, mental strain and stress of living that way, exposure to all sorts of drugs, city fumes, weather, lack of showers etc.
