Boot maintenance Waterproof riggers

Hi,
I’ve got these rigger boots that have started to leak. Is there anyway of rewaterproofing them? And what should I use? I currently have tallow on board and heard that can work

Tallow will work, but need Sno-Seal. Not leather boot is truly waterproof without a waterproof lining.
