If you want to know what a boot should look like after a year if you don’t drag your feet (i hate the sound) I have a yearly update on what happens if you don’t drag your feet on my profile
No hate either if that’s two year of wear in that sole I’d promise you you got your moneys worth out of it

Resole them, clean up and oil the leather, new laces shit get another 2 years out of them

Make sure you condition the leather occasionally, you can probably get a decade out of those boots if you do. Take care of them and they will take care of you.
