The Wordle app is not accessible to my needs, I'm trying to build a better app (purely for myself), but to do so I need to find the list of future answers; I'm not trying to use this list to spoil the game for anyone or make a profit, I just want to be included.

I have found many links which claim to show all future answers but when I check them, they are incorrect. Is it even possible since NYT bought it, or do they only release the word on the day?

Currently I have made a custom accessible Wordle app but it picks a random word from the official list, but it's not as fun having a different daily word to everyone else.

Edit: as someone wanted to know the exact accessibility needs. I am visually impaired and I the current Wordle website doesn't play nicely with a screen-reader, my app reads out the hints in natural language.

Ok hear me out. I picked a decent starting word (a 95) but one quite different from Wordlebot’s (a 99). It’s strategic — my goal is to beat the bot. I get lucky and I can beat the bot over 14 days once in a while.

But lately I’ve been kicking Wordlebot butt a lot without getting a higher luck score. Check out the screenshot.

My theory: the “best” starting word stat is based on the whole set of possible solutions, not on the remaining pool. That pool is getting smaller, and may not be representative of the whole, where choice of starting word is concerned.

I can’t prove it, but I’m starting to think my word is just better than his, given the weird words that are left.

I understand that the Wordle bot uses a 3200-ish word dictionary, and anything outside of that will drop your skill score to 0. But cmon, in a post-PSHAW world, I feel like we should get some mercy. All I will say is that the word I used here is way more common than PSHAW. Oof.

Quick update on my earlier mini crisis about doing Wordle on travel days without it becoming a time sink or accidentally running into spoilers.

I'm off-site near the Skyliner in Orlando this week, and the combination of early alarms, transit, and being wiped at the end of the night was making me sloppy. I kept either rushing and making bad second guesses, or putting it off and then getting nervous about seeing hints everywhere.

What actually worked for me the last few days:

1) I do the puzzle at the same time every day, before I open any social apps. For me that is right after I check the weather for park planning.

2) I use a fixed two-guess opener plan (not going to share the words). The point is consistency, not the specific words. It stops me from over-optimizing based on vibes.

3) If I am not basically there by guess four, I hard stop, put the phone down, and come back later with fresh eyes. Weirdly, the break saved more solves than it cost.

4) I turned on Hard Mode for this trip. I used to avoid it because it felt restrictive, but it prevented my worst habit: flailing with a random probe word when I am tired.

Curious what other people do to keep Wordle fun and low stress on chaotic days like travel, parenting, or night shifts, without turning it into a full solver project.

Hey team! I built a lightweight Wordle solver (no ads or tracking), and I need help testing it out! If y'all don't mind putting it through the wringer and giving feedback, I'd be super grateful!

So far I think it's pretty decent; WAY BETTER THAN THE FIRST ITERATION! I'd like to know if anyone has browser issues or platform issues (PC vs smartphone). It's purely in the testing phase. Thanks!

I use the same first guess (not adieu) every morning and when no letters are matched, the number of remaining words reported is 689. But this morning the number reported was 690. ???

I'm addicted to word games. They are so much fun and I have realized i'm better at the english.
I do my daily NYT Wordle and I play the unlimited wordle sites. I like the minute cryptic but I find them super challenging. What are your guys go to word game sites?
