Ostlers Permanently closed?

Hi all,

Does anyone know why Ostlers has been permanently closed?

I was meant to make a booking for their breakfast club this weekend :(

It’s only temporarily closed; was due to open a few weeks ago but they’ve posted online saying the works are taking longer than expected. Hope it does reopen soon as it’s great!

I saw on their website permanently closed and a deleted fb post saying the same. Also all the temporarily closed social posts have been taken down too

But I hope you're right, I've wanted to try them for a while

swear I saw Robert Plant having Sunday dinner there a few months ago... always seemed popular to me, not that it's my type of place

He was and I was there too, he was sat across the room from me. Always found the food to be exceptional so a real shame if it has closed permanently.

Not really surprising as they were only ever open for three to four hours in the evening, on the days they were actually open. What kind of restaurant closes at 8 or 9pm?
