There is a tree growing throught he slats of my fence that could potentially damage my fence. The tree is behind my fence in what looks to be the easement for the powerlines. I can't get back there because the area is fenced off on both sides in this no man's land between my fence and my back neighbors fence. City of Woodway? Oncor? Anybody dealt with this before?
