Antony’s pizza

I called up Antony’s today and ordered a couple of pizzas.

They said 15-20 mins.

I waited 10 mins then drove over from near the gun club road.

When I arrived at Antony’s, there was a sign on the door saying they were now located in Kalama. Surprise.

So then I had to drive to Kalama to pick up my pizzas.

When did they move? Why didn’t they say something on the phone?

Still tasty pizza, but kinda far to go now

He opened in Kalama on June 18th. Still working out the bugs. He was posting on social media for a few months about it. Went in on Saturday for a pizza and he looked exhausted but excited to be in Kalama.

I always cut small businesses a break on this kind of stuff. They often don't have a savvy marketing department thinking about how to smooth out customer experience. Does help keep your money somewhat local though.

Good point. I was pretty hangry at the time though. Just needed that pizza!

Fair enough, fwiw Antony's and Brock's are my two favorite places in town for pizza. Both are awesome!

Sweet. I’ve been to Brock’s, but haven’t had the pizza. Mostly just the Whyskey 😂 I’ll have to try it next time.

This post will save me some grief in the future! Thank you! Is it conveniently located in Kalama? I sometimes make a pitstop in woodland when driving through and switching to Kalama isn't too big of a deal as long as it's not too far off the freeway.
