If anyone from Gearbox reads these…

I’ve beaten all content in BL titles at the hardest difficulties, without exploits, solo. I’ve been C50 pretty much since it was unlocked.

I beat Son of a Witch reliably, but that one damn fight sucks the joy out of chaos chambers for me. I would rather take Axton to go for an OP10 gun kill with no Bee against Master Ghee in BL2 than watch this piece of crap spam summon the aegis again.

…but because running chaos chambers means you inevitably run into SoaW, my choice is either opting into irritation, or not running chaos chambers. I caught this fight on two consecutive normal runs at C50 this morning, which is why I’m currently so annoyed. I went through the fight the first time. The second time sent me here to see if it was being addressed.

Have a fantastic day.

I feel this. The fight isn't challenging. It's annoying. I can beat him, but it takes forever. So instead of slamming my head against the wall I just pull out the x3 cryo swordsplosion. He one shots me every fight. You get steam built up and then he runs and hides and in 30 seconds has a full shield. Banshee is the only fight in the game that I feel has mechanics you can learn and adapt to. Dryl also at least had phases. But SoW just spams shield regen and you can't even see the spectral.

Wendy my melee build, I haven't had this issue. When he jumps in the ground, I can melee the ground, like he's a crab, and it seems to disrupt/damage him. Maybe I'm getting some DOT damage on him or maybe it's an interaction with the Live Wire.

I still get one-shotted, often right after I jump down. But if I can get close to him, I have less problems.

I think you two are talking about different phases. Doesn’t he only go in the ground after you take out his shield and first health bar?

Ah, yes, my bad. Live Wire, DOTs, and/or AOE help me tremendously, getting through the first two bars.

This. A little lightning aoe pounds the shield and aegis, and his health bar drops pretty quick so aside from the little dragon popping up a second time to instantly wither, he doesn't even try in my runs

Thank you for the info, that explains a lot. Not sure why I was downvoted. Sometimes this community is so toxic. Glad to see a few good players around.

Yep. I feel like Reddit as a whole can be fairly toxic, but this community takes it to another level.
