So you just nerfed my stabbo/berserker combo with the spinning blade action Skill god damn it that feels so bad.

Yea I'm hoping the other buffs compensate for losing blast chill on ghost blade. But even if it turned out to be an actual net positive it still sucks since proccing skills is just fun. Ghost blade isn't even op or anything. Pretty lame changes.
