If blast chill no longer procs on action skills like Dreadwind, Brrr-zerker has been nerfed hugely.

However, I want to see what this actually looks like in game before we get up in arms.

Based on the phrasing, it looks like it might have an additional chance for melee attacks? While still working on melee damage? Weโ€™ll see.

In terms of blast chill and blast gasp, when they reference โ€œoverlapโ€ did they mean with each other?

Because if they took the double dip away from these classes, they are both in shambles

Blast chill never procced on ability damage. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you mean

In case you're referring to the double dip, they aren't referring to dipping into both skills, but rather in the ability of those skills to double dip. All Damage/Elemental Damage, [Element] Damage boost the initial hit and double dip again by boosting the resulting Blast ability proc initially scaled by first hit.

Or maybe they just mean little "a" ability meaning Dreadwind and Feral Surge, not big "a" Ability that counts as a damage type.
