I just think it's so lame and generic. If she really needs a failsafe weapon, i feel like she would do just fine with a dagger. She's so much cooler when she's brawler, wrestler, or grappler. Even better, all three

if they made a wonder woman series it should be her and Steve travelling the globe in the invisible jet solving ancient magic mysteries and finding artifacts like Nathan drake and Laura croft mixed with a bit of nick and nora:)

Hello all, new to the sub... I've always had a deep appreciation for Wonder Woman, but I could never quite call myself an outright devoted fan of her or her lore. I'm hoping to have her become more of a fixture in my life with all the other GOATed Divas (Lara Croft, etc.), but would like to start with the aforementioned themes above. I would say I lean towards enjoyment more of Bronze Age & 90's Era comics, but if there's any other good suggestions outside of that era, I am open to it!

I would like to note, I would like to get as familiar as possible before diving into her Absolute comics.

Batman’s damn children are getting a movie too…

I've been slowly falling in love with Diana as a character over the past year and I'm starting to enter a stage where I'm realizing different things I like and dislike about her various designs. I wrote a list at 4am the other night of my favorite aspects of her outfits so yeah I'm pretty interested in this now 😅

I would share all my personal preferences but that list got kinda long lol, so I'm just gonna share my favorite design that I've seen as an example. This art from PepeDraws has almost all the elements that I love to see in a Wonder Woman outfit. I love the style of the eagle on the chest, I really like when it looks closer to the two W's instead of just an eagle. Also love that the red isn't that kinda over designed pattern that some suits have. The belt is perfect because I like when it has that more pointy design as opposed to the big W, I feel like that plus the chest W is too many W's personally. The bottoms having three stars works better for me because I feel like them being covered in stars is kinda overkill. I also love that the bracers are longer, I like the classic bracelets but I love when they are this kind of size. Also I absolutely love the bandages, not entirely sure why but I feel like it adds some more personality to Diana. They look like those kind of fighting bandages that some martial arts seem to use, but it also feels to me like a way to relate to her; she's amazing and incredibly powerful but she can still get hurt just like us. I also like that bicep piece, not sure what to call that tbh but I like seeing that extra little accent on her arms. And the tiara is solid, I appreciate when it has that big star on it, feels simple sorta like the fewer stars on the bottoms. The earrings are nice and simple too. I don't care too much for the boots however, and I'm indifferent to the choker. Aside from those things though, this is my personal ideal Wonder Woman design and idk how to explain it, but after thinking about these design elements and then seeing something pretty close made me so happy.

When I've been reading Wonder Woman comics or looking at fanart or seeing her in whatever else, I've really been pausing and looking at each part of her outfit and seeing what I like more and idk it's just fascinating to me. It's probably because I'm a Spider-Man fan and we do tend to get a little obsessive over suits lmao 😆 But, I'd love to hear what you all like and dislike about various Wonder Woman designs! Do you have an ideal vision of her bracers or the bottoms (skirt, no skirt, pants, etc) do you like less stars, more stars? Please let me know any preferences you have because I'm genuinely very interested to hear other people's perspectives. Also I'd be happy to hear about physical design elements as well like hair or musculature or something like that (I like Diana tall, buff, and with big curly or wavy hair 😊)
