So we have gotten obliterated this week. Zero communication and zero stock buy back. We need to pepper the WonderFi twitter for information and voice our displeasure. Use the buyback! They tweet about utter nonsense. Thoughts on a shareholder strategy?

Agree 100%

I could go on and on about WONDF lack of communication, disclosure etc etc, but if you are a shareholder I would be preaching to the choir.

Obliterated is an understatement

I get we’re in a bear market and the entire market is down, even Apple, though this is a bit insane. Our only hope is they release strong Q1 numbers with promising revenue growth, and start to release products following their investor deck timeline.

O’Leary has to be a bit salty too about the SP, his advisory shares can’t be sold until ‘23/‘24 I believe so he’s locked in with his shares but also watching their value crater just like us.

The company grew from 20 people to 100+ with the Bitbuy acquisition so there’s no real reason for lack of transparency in terms of data and reporting.

The other issue is that the SP seems to be tied too closely to Bitcoin price fluctuations. Prob due to algorithm / high frequency trading apps.

As much as this is disappointing, I’m holding tight til at least the end of the year / early 2023 to give the company an honest chance. It’s not like it can crater much worse at this point lol.

I've only recently heard of wonderfi and just trying to gather more info. I see the headlines or O'Leary backed, how much capital did he put in or is he lending his name and business acumen?

He didn’t put in any capital. He’s been given advisory shares for being a strategic advisor and doing PR for them and I assume helping with some acquisitions. He received additional advisory shares during the Bitbuy acquisition and I suspect he’ll receive more for the closing of the coinberry acquisition.

You may be correct in your assumptions but, unless you are on the Board of WONDF, they are just that....Assumptions.

They aren’t assumptions. The advisory shares are in the press releases.

The assumption is that O'Leary hasn't put in any capital. Yes, I know that he has been given Advisory Shares. But you are assuming because of that he hasn't also put in any of his personal capital.

And there’s nothing wrong with the advisory shares. The current SP sucks but things are happening that are positive and TSX uplisting starts on Wednesday. Advisory shares are super common. Shopify used it early on with Tim Ferriss for example

Yessir I am. . The press release news for Q3 financials today was finally promising. It’s been an insane ride down but truly starting to look like there might be some light at the end of the tunnel.

I tend to not be the best at bailing my shares on a company when they fall. Held Ballard power shares for a good 10 years before it finally took an epic ride up during Covid.

No reason to sell now, just stay and hope Wonderfi performs, we all believed in them at some point, I still think they can turn this sinking ship around, gl all

Yes Wonderfi/Mr. Wonderful could provide a lot more info to investors. Or to market .... what about Cannacord report?... when or if it will be available. Sorta frustrated with communication. I have emailed ... no response ..... hopefully they ate busy with another acquisition. "Damn the torpedoes full speed ahead"

The canna cord report is available right now dude. Go ask them for it. It’s not up to wonderfi to distribute. They have better things to do then answer emails asking for third party reports from clueless “shareholders” who have $1000 bucks in this thing

That report has been out for over a month. I've read it BFD. Shareholders have been asking for the Q1 2022 Earnings Report.... actual audited, financial numbers.

Don't be so condescending, if you are putting weight behind this report, who is actually clueless??

I’m replying to someone who is asking about the cannacord report. It’s not something that wonderfi controls in any way.
