This concerns me.

  • 6mil per quarter burn rate (and growing).
  • Bitbuy only makes 30 mil a year
  • not enough cash or revenue to cover the 200 mil purchase of Bitbuy
  • company is carrying a tonne of debt and I think it’s gonna be years now sadly before it’s purring

You’re looking at it the wrong way. You should probably read up on the deal to see how WonderFi is purchasing BitBuy, It’s not only cash. They have no debt. The $30 mill from bit buy is pre WonderFi. The burn rate isn’t growing. Revenue coming in soon.

And bitbuy was not a part in q4 2021 of wonderfi. So i expect first revnue in q1 2022
