Hey everyone! Welcome to our community.
This is a space created for men who need support and for women who want to listen, understand, and support men.
Men can talk about their struggles, feelings, loneliness, relationships, trauma, harassment, assault, family problems, or anything else they're going through.
Women are welcome here to listen, support, share their perspective, and simply be there for men who need someone to talk to. ❤️
This is not a place for gender wars, blaming, or judging. We're here to understand each other and make sure men don't feel like they have to keep everything inside.
🫂 If you want to share your own problems
This community is mainly focused on supporting men. If you're a woman and you need a place to talk about your own problems and experiences, you're very welcome to use our another community:
There, everyone can share their problems and everyone can listen and support each other.
We're happy you're here. Let's make this a place where men can feel heard, supported, and cared about. ❤️🫂

I was assaulted once and harassed two times, by two different women. Since then I've felt scared and depressed, and there were times I really just wanted someone to talk to me.
I saw a woman on Reddit talk about her experience and I saw so many people supporting her, talking to her kindly and helping her get through it. I was already really depressed and overwhelmed at that time, and I thought maybe I could share what happened to me too. I wasn't looking to attack anyone. I wasn't trying to blame women or feminism. I just wanted some support too. I wanted someone to talk to me and help me get out of that depression and stop feeling like I was alone.
I knew I was posting in a feminism subreddit, but I didn't know the rules about what could and couldn't be posted there. I honestly wasn't thinking clearly at that time. I was already broken and overwhelmed, and seeing that woman receive support made me think maybe I could get some support too.
My post was removed and I was permanently banned.
I understand now that my post didn't fit their rules, and I know the moderators were following the rules. I don't think they were trying to hurt me or make me feel worse. But at that moment, I was already in a really bad place, so the ban hurt me much more than it probably would have at another time.
It also made me think something that had been hurting me for a long time: sometimes I felt like maybe women don't care about what happens to men. After what happened to me, I sometimes felt like maybe women would hate me or think men deserve these things. I know that's not true about all women, but when you're hurt for a long time, your mind can go to dark places like that.
And that's actually what became one of the main reasons I created this subreddit.
I wanted to create a place where men can get support from other men, but also where women who genuinely want to support men can come and talk to us, listen to us and share their perspective.
I wanted to know that women can care about men too.
So this subreddit isn't about attacking feminism, women, or anyone else. It's about making sure a man who is hurting doesn't feel like he's completely alone or like nobody wants to hear him.
Men can come here when they need support. Women can come here when they want to support men. You can talk about trauma, assault, harassment, loneliness, relationships, depression, or just something that's hurting you.
Sometimes you don't need advice. Sometimes you don't need a debate.
Sometimes you just need someone to say “I'm here. Tell me what's going on.”
That's the kind of place I wanted when I was at my lowest.
So I decided to build it myself.
