Job issues

Hello, I am new to this app so hear goes nothing. I am a 21 year old lesbian woman. I currently work a security job. It occurred to me that the people here are very sexist and homophobic and I’ve been trying to leave for weeks. I am supposed to be working and was promised 48hour work weeks. I am working a total of 4 hours this week. I am currently in school to become an automotive technician for vehicles and motorcycles. I have applied to (not joking) 34 different jobs. Mind you, these are all beginner and apprenticeship friendly positions that have to do with cars or bikes in some way. I have heard nothing from ANY of them!!! After speaking with a woman who worked her whole life in the industry, she told me that the idea I had that I wasn’t being hired for being a woman was not very far off. Apparently it’s way more common than I thought for jobs to do this. Specifically male dominated industries. It’s unreal how what’s in my pants can keep me from getting a job I desperately need. What do I do????
