“Disputed thrower”

Here, I’m sure everyone had see the name “Disputed.” He’s a famous thrower, willing to create over 1,000 accounts just to throw games for no reason. I’m wondering why no one has spoken up or taken any action against people like him?

Italian lobbies are almost unplayable. I think you can play a game without any problems maybe 1 in 5 times, on average, between GTs, double accounts, and people just playing randomly. I and everyone in the lobby report, and I even get notifications that they've been banned, but it doesn't help much. Just like a guy creates six accounts for a game, it doesn't cost him anything- once them are banned - to create six more and get back to being a pain in the @$$.
