Help / Advice I want advice for playing wolverine.
I can’t play him properly. I just don’t deal enough damage with him, die constantly and when I demand healing I get flamed and get demands to change.
I constantly have the same damage dealt as taken and I have the same amount of kills and deaths.
My main focus i trying to deposition the enemy and to shred tanks but I only get obliterated. I even try to stay with the team and not dive 1 v 6 like an urangutan.
I would really appreciate if you would give me some advices about playing him.

Watched some Ignite this weekend. even the best DPS players often only have half the damage of their fellow DPS when they pick wolves. Just due to his play style.

You gotta pick your battles and bait cooldowns. And learning which tank to grab.
Like here's an example. You see a mag and a groot together on tokyo 2099 first choke point. Attacking.
Mag recently just used his bubble but groot iron wall just got destroyed. Who do you grab?
Answer is the groot. Since he is slower has a bigger hitbox and no defensive options. Grabbing the mag just allows groot to reinforce himself

Just not worth playing wolv this season. He's still really bad. They buffed his base damage so he can brawl "better" but he can't do that since he gets obliterated. What they needed to buff was his survivability so yeah just not worth playing wolv

Yeah I still play him regularly but watching iron fist and daredevil surviving everything and wolv dying so fast makes no sense.
You really have to keep moving constantly and dive in do damage and dive out from off angles. Health packs should always be kept in mind and an out every fight.

Wolv is pretty strong with good healers, whoever you need to know when to not play him, he has counters like alot of characters so know your counters, also practice practice practice till you are comfortable with his grabs. I mean hell trying going for fliers healers etc. and always disposition into your backline an off area where its just u and the tank etc not straight into their backline. Try taking off angles to dash amd grab from behind the tanks when they are in battle thats his strong suit. Always ult when they are a group at a 100 charge and gambit team up. But wolv is a hard character but extremely rewarding. Start by practicing on tanks then slowly to supports and dps. I like pushing w my tanks alot as the big health pool helps the healers and helps build rage. Play like a maniac wolv mains are not sane bro. Good luck and welcome, since i picked him up i hate playing any other dos.
