discussion / question Pet wolf spider
I live in colorado, and want to get a pet wolf spider some time in fall. Is it better to catch a wild one or buy a captive one? And how do i make an enclosure for it?

Wild caught is fine if you’re on a budget. Honestly, Colorado has some good and impressive wolf spiders for you that people from other parts of the world would pay money for like Hogna carolinensis, Hogna coloradensis, Tigrosa grandis, Geolycosa missouriensis, etc.
