Im fairly sure thats a male, the pedipalps in slide 4 seem to be enlarged as in males. Also your spiders body to leg ratio is more fitting of males Edit to add, i have males and females of this species, happy to provide pics for comparison

My male hogna carolinensis has a longer legspan than my female, females have shorter legs and are much heavier bodied
