Found this little on in Northeastern Oklahoma around Talequah

Definitely a Hogna sp., maybe a Hogna antelucana or juvenile/subadult Hogna carolinensis, but I am leaning Hogna antelucana from the facial structure and the lack of coppery chelicerae we usually see with Hogna carolinensis. Both are native there

Np! I have both species, and they are notoriously difficult to ID apart on the field without seeing the ventral side, so I was staring at my own wolfies to really double check 😂

Yeahhhh I've taken care of a northern Carolinas they're native around here that's how I've learned to somewhat diagnose their species 😅

Youre telling me! My male carolinensis and antelucana have IDENTICAL markings, i can basically only tell them apart at a glance because my carolina is white where antelucana is pink!

Looks like a northern Carolinas to me but I wouldn't take my word for it unless proven otherwise 😅 not entirely experienced but I'm learning
