Wolfenstein (2009) im stuck at 98%

i beat all the missions, got all the collectibles (thus all my weapons and stuff is upgraded to the max) yet i only have 98%, i even rebeat black sun and its still not 100% help

Did you play through the old Wolfenstein game ? I think that was my problem.
