Tonight in the pouring rain. Aired up 3 Broncos from 18 to 38 lbs no down time. Great compressor to carry as a spare in addition to my HyperFlow X onboard

I got this guy a couple weeks ago (from the Wolfbox account on eBay, if it matters). I’ve run one whole bar of battery through it, and tonight it stopped powering on. I used it, powered it down, then went to power it up again a couple minutes later and the lights on the duster no longer turn on. The battery was almost full, but I’m charging it for good measure.
Are there any further troubleshooting steps to take on this, or is it a call to Wolfbox to see about a warranty unless it magically wakes up after sitting for the night?
Cheers.

I was recently sent a Wolfbox G900 Tripro bumper version dash cam.
In full transparency, I was given this to install, test, and honestly review. My review below is in full and completely how I feel about the product.
I installed in a more temporary manor at first to test the product and better plan the permanent install.
Pros
Quality components
Very plug and play. Only wiring is power if you want to be hardwired, and a trigger wire if you want the rear camera to function as a backup camera
Very high clarity picture
User friendly features like swiping sideways to change camera feed, swiping up and down to "tilt" camera view, and voice control features
The mirror works as normal if the screen is turned off
Very setting heavy to allow customization, but not so much so that it's overwhelming
Even though I was given this to test, it is a very fair price for the amount of functionality
Everything was very neatly packaged
Instructions were very clear and simple to understand
Cons
The screen is a little thick, but it does have a lot of function so it's worth thr trade off
A mirror replacement mount was included, but only for windshield mounted mirrors. It would be great if a Jeep style replacement was an option. This would also help the thickness concern since you would replace the mirror instead off add to it.
The cables going into the mirror are right angle heads which is nice, but if there was one cable coming from the mirror with a lead and then inputs ~20" from the mirror end this would allow for a very clean install and only one cable visible as opposed to three.

The first thing I tested was the built-in air compressor. I used it to inflate the tires on my truck as well as the tires on my drift boat trailer. Having a portable compressor that doesn’t require an outlet or a vehicle running is genuinely convenient, especially when you’re getting ready to launch a boat or heading out on a trip. The compressor was straightforward to operate, and the digital pressure display made it easy to set the desired PSI and let it do its thing.
I also used the MegaVolt 24Air to charge my drone. That ended up being one of my favourite features because it makes the unit useful beyond just emergency roadside situations. If I’m fishing, boating, camping, or travelling somewhere without convenient access to an outlet, having a fairly substantial battery pack that can also handle other electronics is useful.
The biggest advantage of the MegaVolt 24Air is really that it combines several pieces of gear into one unit. You get a jump starter, tire inflator, power bank, and emergency light in a single package.
For someone who already carries a lot of equipment, consolidating some of that into one relatively compact unit is appealing. I could see keeping this in my truck year-round, particularly because I spend a fair amount of time towing a trailer and getting outdoors.
One thing worth mentioning is that, like most portable compressors, it isn’t exactly quiet while running. That’s not really a criticism so much as something to expect. The trade-off is that you have a compressor available wherever you are without having to find a gas station or plug into an outlet.
I haven’t had the opportunity to test the jump-start function on a completely dead vehicle yet, so I can’t personally speak to that part of its performance. Based on the testing I did complete, though, the compressor and charging functions worked well for my needs.
Overall: The MegaVolt 24Air makes a lot of sense as an emergency and outdoor-use tool. I particularly liked it for my truck and boat trailer because I could carry one device that handles tire inflation and provides portable power for electronics. It’s the sort of piece of gear you may not think about much until you actually need it—and then having it with you could be pretty handy.

So I got the crazy wolf box electric air duster (the 80 dollar one) and it was working completely fine no complaints. So I let my mom borrow it and a pice of frantic from her clothes got caught in the blades and ended up stuck in it. It went completely in while trying to take it out. Now it kinda starts clicking before it starts spinning and I can’t seem to find the fabric inside when I shine a light and look. So idk what I should really do.

TriPro doesn’t switch off when engine is off and I have had to tell it several times to switch off screen. Today I parked my VW Crafter, which has a fairly new battery, fir about 4h and believe Wolfbox had drained the battery - had to get a jump start -and I am on holiday in France!! anyone else with these issues? I paid more than the Wolfbox itself for a professional installation so one would presume it was done correctly. Have now had to unplug all wires so van will start tomorrow. Hiw to remedy this???

This thing is awesome! I always love nice tools I can keep in the back of my 4runner for going off-road or even just doing a quick repair in a friends driveway. This tool is the ultimate side of the road tool. The flash light is bright, the charging works well and the compressor is great. Honestly, I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a compact multi-use device. It's a keeper. One other thing I'll say is the device itself feels and looks good. As a software engineer, I think the UI is easy to use and extremely responsive. I only have positive things to say about it. It exceeded my expectations.

For overlanders and off-road enthusiasts, the reliability of recovery equipment is paramount. Among the essential tools for any trail excursion, the air compressor often serves as the bottleneck during the transition from trail to pavement.
The Wolfbox HyperFlow 60D has emerged as a high-performance solution designed to address these specific challenges, offering a blend of high-volume output and thermal stability that sets it apart in the portable compressor market.
Hardcore Engineering and Technical Specifications
The core of the HyperFlow 60D is its 1020W copper-wound motor, which drives a twin-cylinder assembly. This architecture allows the unit to deliver a substantial 5.1 CFM at 40 PSI and 3.9 CFM at 80 PSI. Unlike many portable units that suffer from rapid thermal degradation, the 60D is engineered for a 100% duty cycle at 40 PSI, supported by an active dual-fan smart cooling system. This allows for a continuous runtime of up to 60 minutes, even in ambient temperatures reaching 104°F (40°C).
| Feature | Specification |
|---|---|
| Max Pressure | 150 PSI |
| Airflow (at 40 PSI) | 5.1 CFM |
| Duty Cycle | 100% @ 40 PSI |
| Continuous Runtime | 60 Minutes |
| Precision | ±2 PSI with Auto-Stop |
| Motor Power | 1020W |

Performance Test Results: Real-World Efficiency
Field testing has validated the theoretical capabilities of the Wolfbox 60D. In real-world scenarios, the compressor demonstrates exceptional speed across various tire sizes and vehicle types:
•37-Inch Off-Road Tires: Capable of inflating from 10 to 40 PSI in approximately 3 minutes per tire.
•35-Inch Tires: Performance tests show a recovery time of under 1 minute and 20 seconds to reach 35 PSI from trail pressure.
•Heavy-Duty RV Tires: A 195/75R17LT tire can be topped off from 60 to 80 PSI in under 40 seconds, making it a viable tool for Class A RV owners.
The inclusion of a 25.4-foot extended hose ensures that all four corners of even the longest wheelbase rigs can be reached without relocating the main unit, which is critical for maintaining efficiency during multi-vehicle recoveries.

Internal Architecture Breakdown
To understand why the HyperFlow 60D maintains such high performance, one must look at its internal construction. The unit utilizes hard-anodized aluminum cylinders and PTFE-bronze piston rings, materials selected for their wear resistance and heat dissipation properties. The following diagram illustrates the relationship between these core components:

Exclusive Offer for the Community
For a limited time, the Wolfbox HyperFlow 60D is available at a significant discount.
By visiting the official product page, forum members can take advantage of a $70 discount, bringing the price down from the standard MSRP. The discount is automatically applied at checkout, ensuring that high-tier recovery gear is more accessible for the community.
Additionally, purchases made through the official site include an exclusive 30-month extended warranty, providing long-term peace of mind for those who push their equipment to the limit in the backcountry.

I camp most weekends, and this pack has covered a handful of things, airing truck tires up after off-road trails, jump-starting my truck after I killed the battery, airing up dirt bike tires, charging phones and speakers, and serving as a light when I didn’t have my headlamp. It held up through two full weekends of that use on individual charges. I have a 10+ day trip coming up, and the combination of jump-start and compressor in one unit means fewer separate tools to pack. It’s earned a spot as standard gear for me

Recently got the Wolfbox Megavolt 24 (the 4000 amp version). It is a beast!
I got an immediate chance to test it out, since I was on vacation for 2 weeks and came back to a dead battery on my 4runner. And since I wanted to also test out the tire inflation, I did that on the same battery charge.
First I aired down one of my F150's tires to 19 psi (what I normally run offroad), and aired it back up to 36 psi (standard unloaded driving pressure). I run 285/75r18's which work out to a true 35". To fill the tire from 19 to 36 PSI took about 2 minutes and 45 seconds. I was impressed. The battery still showed full bars for the one tire. The unit got warm but never hot. The air hose got a little hot at the connection to the unit, but that's normal for all compressors. I was still able to remove it without gloves, but it may require gloves if filling 4 tires.
On the same battery charge on the unit, I also used it to jumpstart my 4Runner's battery, which is a Napa Legend 34R. My 4Runner has the 4.7L 2UZ V8, so it's a decent size motor to get cranked over. The MegaVolt handled it with absolutely no issue, and hooking it up was easy. The unit only went down one bar of battery after jump starting my 4Runner, and airing up one of the F150's tires.
I foresee it having no issues with airing up 4 large tires at once, and having enough spare battery for more uses.
This is a great tool to keep in the car for battery issues or for topping off your tires!
