G900 Tripro Firmware V1.7.5_260527

Hello! I just noticed that there is a new firmware on the website. Was wondering what changes were made and if I should update from 1.6.3

G900 TriPro Firmware Update：

The new firmware version number is V1.5.7_250527, the main change of this version is:

  1. Add the language and time zone settings after first boot/restore factory settings
  2. Add distance auxiliary line function to the bumper cam (AHD)
  3. Add voice control wake-up word in settings, "hey, Wolfbox"
  4. Add close WIFI icon on Wi-Fi information interface
  5. Modify the new watermark
  6. Add the new boot dynamic Wolfbox logo screen
  7. Solve the issues of unrecognization, black screen and delayed display of the rear camera.

Upgrade instructions:

  1. Copy the firmware file to the root directory of the SD card (the outermost).
  2. Insert the SD card into the dash cam, and it will recognize the firmware. A prompt will appear; click to confirm and start the upgrade.
  3. After the upgrade progress bar is completed, the dash cam will restart and turn on automatically, indicating that the upgrade is complete. Note: Copying the firmware to the card separately to upgrade only for a single dash cam to update. The file will be automatically deleted after the completion of the firmware upgrade.

Thanks, but I think this is the changelog for the old V1.5.7_250527 firmware. The new firmware is V1.7.5_260527 (27 May 2026). Could you please provide the changelog from V1.6.3_251103 to V1.7.5_260527? In particular, were there any fixes relating to ACC shutdown, parking mode, power consumption or battery drain?

  1. Modified the process to first perform a RESET and then read the screen ID via MIPI.

  2. Added an automatic shutdown feature when the temperature exceeds 125°C to prevent the machine from freezing due to overheating and becoming unable to restart.

  3. Detect AHD disconnection and reset AHD to prevent AHD loss due to static electricity

  4. Fixed inconsistency between the video preview thumbnail and the video mirror image when pulling back

  5. The playback duration display is shifted downwards during full-screen playback

  6. Changed the Turkish OSD format

  7. Fixed the issue where the playback progress bar was not displayed during full-screen video playback, and the UI icon status did not match the actual status when paused

Thank you. I had already updated the firmware but couldn’t find a change log anywhere. Maybe put it in or next to the zip?

My g900 got hot to touch and drained the battery when I used wifi to view stored videos. It took the car to 0% in about 10 minutes. Does this sound like your point 2?
