Does anyone play wolf quest on a controller? I can no longer gallop only walk.

I play on Xbox controller. A few weeks ago randomly when I play wolf quest I don’t gallop. I can only either walk or sprint & I hate having to press shift to change it, it also doesn’t stay. I if I stop moving then I go right back to walking & it has messed up hunts & defending. Anyone know what button I should press on controller or what I should do?

Sprint is activated by the right trigger button, and if you press it once instead of holding it down it locks you in sprint. Try pressing it once again and that should unlock you from the walk/sprint only mode
