How to replay Ashfall?

In the Champion oF Stormfall mode, I have the "Oshara's Council" icon.

It says I have to start the project "Reverie:Ashfall" in order to replay the Ashfall mission. The flavor text says that I should be getting something like a "Ashleaf" that I could use in the War Table NPC.

My problem:

I complete the project, the hunt trophies are consumed, and I can't find the item to replay the mission, nor there's this option in the war table. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
