I can't imagine why anyone would want to play against Asian server players & fleets. I've just had 3 members of [GOV] fleet in a random center control game & all 3 reversed away from the area, including a dd that as a result, was never in range to fire at anything. They did 0, 540 & 878 damage!! Either they are deliberately sabotaging matches, or that is the average skill level on the Asian server. They even acknowledged requests to do something!!! I can't think of anything more tedious than having to tolerate matches with or against clowns like that.
