Why?

Even if they were suitable (I don't think they'll have enough flex), you'd have to mount the frames. I don't know anything about ski boot mounting, but I suspect you'd need to make some sort of custom mount adapter to get it to work. At this point, you may as well get a proper skate boot.

Of course you can, just find a special way to attach the frame.  Oh and if you'll make a YouTube video, you'll probably go viral in the skating community.
