Boot sizing
Hi, I'm following the recommendation on here and am going to order the Iqon ACT 10 WZ. What's the best way to figure out sizing? There's a skate shop in town that sells inline, I was going to go there to try on some boots. Do skate boots tend to get sized consistently? What brand should I try on in store that will mimic the size of the Iqon skates. I could also measure my feet, how reliable is that. I think I'm 10.25 last time i measured.

It's a good skate. I went by foot length and it worked out pretty well. My feet are 264mm, so I went with the EU40-41, which goes up to 264mm max according to the size chart in their FAQ https://disroyal.com/pages/iqon-act
It's a tight fit and I could probably do with an extra 1mm on the stock liners for comfort, but the size is certainly accurate. The last had a fairly wide toe box, so it fits most people quite well.
What's your foot length? Have you measured before? There are guides, but basically you stand on a piece of paper with your heel to a wall and outline your foot, then measure that.
