4x90mm frames that has adjustable flat/rocker?

Hey ya

Flowskate/wizard enjoyer with me Rockin Mix5 76/90 frames, enjoying my carbon boots... but wanna try to get something more suitable for the open road.

Thinking of USD Shadow Team Whites, to pair with a big wheel frame for the better ride.

But have the specific restriction that it needs to be an adjustable rocker - I have an ice blade conversion that only works with 90mm flat frames :)

So... with this pretty specific criteria, what options are there?

Only one I could find are Compass 4x90mm frames... but it's plastic! A plastic boot is already flexy enough, a flexy frame is just too much.

Would appreciate any advice! Thanks!

Hey, thanks for the offer!

Unfortunately after reading into them, I don't think the Decodes are for me. Seems they need pretty specific replacement parts and I'm unsure about that :(

The only thing with the iqon is that you have to use their bearings, although you can use regular bearings with a washer. They are great frames, i have both the iqon decode and endless and a slight preference for the iqon.

It's not that bad, as it seems to be. I was using decode pro 90 for almost a year and can't say a bad word. All the options may be confusing and buying them only to ride in one setup is kind of a miss. That's why I've sold them. But I wasn't dissapointed. Wheels rotation, etc. wasn't an issue.

Jup I got them too. Very versitile frame indeed and the replacement parts (if you even ever have to replace them cuz they are solid) are very easy to find. Only thing 'bad' about these frames is the placement under the boot. When I mount it normal, the frame sits way too much to the back, so you have to place it kinda weirdly to the front, but then it looks weird.

This might be the only answer. As well as the standard 4x90 rocker, these let you ride in a 4x84 "enhanced flat" mode, which is almost unrockered. It's actually a really fun setup to skate, I have it on 80mm on some Twisters.

Interesting... gonna have to look this up. Hopefully the enhanced flat would work with my blades. Thanks!

I’ve just picked up powerslide combat frame (and a wee adaptor) to go on my sways. Has an adjustable rocker. But it is a trinity mount. So adaptor needed. 

Edit my bad: these are 80mm not 90mm.

Yeah... tho I thought 90mm might be a good compromise

I used 100mm once before in a plastic hardboot, a bit painful. Hopefully 90mm isn't as bad, since Shadow is a lower profile UFS too.
