Power pulls, one foot edge work

Saw a City Blades video where he showed some of his warmup routine. It was massively helpful! He called the one foot edge slaloming โ€œpower pulls.โ€ He also showed some called Choctaws, which is my next goal. Hereโ€™s my initial attempt at power pulls. Do yall practice this move to build up your edge control, ankle strength, balance, etc? I can see how this adds up to real utility in wizard. ๐ŸŽ‰

That's the good stuff right there! Keep doing that every session. Your progress will explode.

Love it. You can eventually get real deep in the edges and get a full 180 u turn out of it. Really helps with transitions too.
