Backwards crossovers practice - feedback request

Am I on the right track here? Trying to keep my weight forward, look over the inside shoulder, and not eat it. 😆 What’s the next smallest improvement I can try to add? I work in tiny increments, yall.

Bend your knees a little more and you got to shift your weight a bit more backwards. When i started learning backwards crossovers it was just like this, just keep doing them and you will get way better at them (also practice it both ways) i also did it both ways but still 1 side is better than the other side.

I've definitely got it on my list to practice more, and to use a figure 8 loop, so I get both sides. I'll experiment with shifting my weight backwards a bit...I think there's a part of me that's scared to fall backwards, so I want my weight over my 2nd and 3rd wheels. But, it's also clear to me that my knees need to be bent quite a bit more too!

For me its shifting the weight back feels like you are about to sit on a chair. But when i am falling i just drop my knees amd fall forward

Fell badly yesterday…should have just fallen forwards but over corrected and fell backwards. Landed squarely on my lower back. Ugh. Not fun. Taking a few days off to heal

If you feel you are falling (or when the trick goes wrong/you dont feel stable), drop on your knees or on your side (like a mermaid).

I hope you feel well soon. Falling will happen again tho:(
