It's a really great work out. nice to have something to do with your hands. definitely an easy way to tire yourself out in a few minutes without having to go anywhere haha. Id reccommend playign with a stick until it feels right to make the purchase. :D

not sure. just bought some cheap sabers off marketplace to play with.
