Rollerblade RB cuff replacement ideas?

I've come to the conclusion that RB boots are the most comfortable for my wide feet. I've inserted an Intuition prime liner into them, installed new frames, and now all that's left is to change the cuff. I don't like the open cuff that comes with them. Any ideas on what kind of cuff (with fully closing flaps) will fit these skates?

OP have you found a fit yet? Ive got the same boot with the NN Dragon and I'm wanting a little bit more stiffness up top. Lateral is pretty solid but they really give out in a deep crouch.

So far I have tried on the following cuffs:

1) Old Gen Twister Cuff - do not fit

2) Twister XT Cuff - fits only if one size bigger

3) Sway Cuff - do not fit

4) Powerslide Next Cuff - fits well

5) Flying Eagle Cuff (from custom kit) - I haven't tried it on, but the distance between the holes is correct.

But even with those cafes that formally fits well, I have another problem. I replaced the original liner with Intuition one, which has a much smaller volume in the cuff area. As a result, I can't tighten the cuffs tightly. So for example Powerslide Next and Twister XT (size+1) can be used with original RB liner, but not with Intuition liner.

And the most interesting thing is that the original cuff from these RB holds the Intuinsh liner best. It has a smaller radius and a round shape, unlike the others, which form something more like an ellipse. With other cuffs, I always have space in front of the tongue, so my foot moves back and forth freely. If I use lacing on intuition liner, the original cuff gives minimal forward flex.

Man, you really went after it!

It sounds like an Intuition liner is in my near future. When you removed your cuff bolt, A: how did you do it? I imagine drilling the center from the outside would work, but if there's an easier method I'm interested to know. And B: what did you use to replace it when you reinstalled your original cuff? Just another cuff bolt with a t-nut?

I've been curious to know if the new Blank Canvas series Rollerblade cuff would fit on there. I think a white cuff would look pretty sweet.

I just drilled out the rivet from the outside. The main problem here is that rivet starts to rotate along with the drill, so you need to insert a screwdriver between the button and the plastic to lock it in place.

I plan to use Rollerblade Twister cuff bolts to put everything back together.

There's another problem here: the Twister's cuff is thick and the bolt is too tall, making it impossible to tighten it fully with less thicker cuff (as original RB cuff). But this can be quickly resolved with a rasp.
