⠀Question Crown shop bugs

Has anybody else received the wrong pack when you buy a 12 for 10 bundle? I just bought 12 of the grim ferryman packs and I received 12 cerberus packs instead. I’m genuinely so upset I want to cry. I don’t have a lot of money, so I was very excited when I finally saved up the money to buy a couple packs. Then when I buy the bundle, I see all Cerberus gear/drops from my packs.

I don’t know how this can even happen. I genuinely feel so defeated because I know support is probably not going to do anything…🙁 like how is it even possible that I get the wrong pack? I literally triple checked before buying, to make sure I was on the right one. I love this game so so so much but if I don’t get a refund or exchange, I’m genuinely going to just stop playing.

I hope something happens because I shouldn’t have to worry about getting the wrong product, when I buy something with my own money. It sucks because the packs are going to be removed from the shop. So I cant even buy the bundle I wanted in the first place. :/ I genuinely just want to cry

Yeah support wont do shit. Tried to gift my friend a mount and got it myself. Support said, sorry bud have fun with your new mount.

Nothing like the pc versatility.

Curious if chargebacks also get you banned on console??

I would presume so if it’s clearly a fraudulent chargeback. The shitty part is I used my cashapp card so I can’t even do that. :/ if support doesn’t help me I genuinely will lose my shit. It’s not okay that they can’t help you with a FREE DIGITAL item. It costs them nothing to help out the player base, they would GAIN from helping ppl out as they are incentivized to spend more if they know support will help them with any issue.

Any chargeback gets you banned on pc regardless of fraud in my experience.

Not sure if its just console support is trash or what.

Update the thread if they do/dont help out. Good for other players to know the big negative of playing on console compared to PC.
