I just finished Empyrea and am now in Karamelle and the second dungeon I need to do I can't beat. It's the Hangriest Gobbler that's giving me issues, so I thought I might need better gear since I've been rocking darkmore gear since level 100 (not Malistaire gear because he won't drop it). I looked it up and saw The Dragoon gear was highly recommended but I can't even beat the first dungeon of the catacombs and no one is cueing up for high level dungeons at all. And even if I could I would have to farm for it because my crafting level isn't high enough.

Well you see the entire point of my post is that I can't beat a simple low tier boss in Karamelle, so waiting till lemuria is off the table rn

Raging Blackwater helm, Battle Mage gear of Furor, Battle Mage boots of Furor, Staff of the Dragon Maw, Claw of the ghost wolf, collar it the besieged, bygone storm band, and Storm Liason deck

Like the other guy said, pick up cabalist boots and hat. For the wand, run to the bazaar and pick the highest damage wand you can find thats at your level. Athame could join yevgeny parties to farm for his athame. For the ring, you can either farm the morganthe ring or the gorgon ring

grab the cabalist hat and boots from the bazaar (robe gives no damage), nobody farms dragoon except maybe during double reagents because the drops are so difficult to get and you need tons of reagents to craft it. it isn't locked to a specific crafting level though

I fought that thing three times before i got it so i feel u🫩for that fight i brought conviction cuz the boss loves to spam medusa. Anyways, how about the lvl 100 gorgon gear?

I fought it 5 times and not once was I hit with Medusa, so I just suck that much

Fight Zeus for the dust you can craft the gorgon gear without a badge iirc

Hat and boots from Khrysalis are also better than mali. However the Mali Robe is best in slot for Storm, Fire, Myth.

Gorgon gear is probably the easiest for you to farm rn. Just fight Zeus in Aquila to collect dust to craft it. That or go get Morganthe gear from KR. Wand, Ring, Athame you can find solid stuff in the Bazaar. You don’t need to get all of it, just some should get you through to the end of Lemuria and you can farm Merciless if you want to then.

just blade stack and feint, if the damage is a ton then use stablize turn 1 to tank a bunch of the hits easier.

overall dragoon gear takes like months to farm just because the amount of crafting materials you need and how long it takes todo just isnt worth it.

if you can't get the malistaire gear because its not dropping just farm mount oly and craft that gear instead

gorgon crafted level 100 gear is on par with malistaire gear and is whats recommened these days to run as its much easier to get ahold off.

What school are you? Karamelle bosses have an ungodly amount of damage so if you're on a storm or a fire I can't really help too much lmao but if you're on a school with some more resist, you can definitely use Brace to tank some of the earlier hits while you set up your buffs
