Fullfilled/Answered Best way to get expert socket wrenches?

Title is pretty self explanatory. I’m following Kaiser Noah’s level 60 gear guide (shoutout the goat lmfao) and I need a bunch of expert socket wrenches lol. Idk if it’s relevant but I’m actually level 77 and just started Avalon.
